Join us in celebrating the opening of our new Visitor’s Center and
honoring the relationship between the Horse and Native Peoples in the Americas.
Come experience our Interpretive Center and Museum, shop for authentic Native crafts in our Trading Post, and enjoy traditional drumming, singing, and dancing!
– Lyla June Johnston – musician, public speaker and internationally recognized performance poet of Diné (Navajo) and Tsétsêhéstâhese (Cheyenne) lineages.
– The Southern pine drum group – Missippi band Choctaw & Mystic Wind Chahta Social Dancers.
– A live tournament demonstration by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indian Junior Stickball Team.
For those who would like to add more to their experience, tickets to our 100 – acre preserve are available for purchase,
as well as pony rides, Native food, and family photos.
