Yoga to Ease Anxiety
Please join us as Danielle Snoddy, ERYT500, guides you through a workshop to ease anxiety plus give you tools to take home and into your life. Danielle began practicing yoga in 2005 to ease her own anxiety and depression, and has been teaching yoga to others since 2010. She has worked with hundreds of people from children to seniors. This series is accessible to everyone. You will find a comforting, non-judgemental space to de-stress and learn techniques that you can use anytime. This workshop is especially beneficial for anyone seeking to overcome self-harming tendencies and habits ranging from negative self-talk to addiction to inabilities to cope with life.
