College View Cottage newly furnished & painted, hardwood floors & ready for you to enjoy. Has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3rd BR that's setup with a Z-bar, iron & ironing board, blowup twin mattress. 1 bedroom has it’s own private bath, 2nd bath is off the hallway. It's a super short walk to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable!
Pets: Allow small dogs with a $50 per dog fee. Non Refundable
The space
It's a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with all the conveniences you will need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a Keurig Coffee Maker. Just bring your groceries and make yourself at home. You have access to the full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
