UNAfied is a joint event with the University of North Alabama Culinary Department and Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa! This culinary extravaganza is a fundraising event with proceeds going towards UNA culinary scholarships in honor of Jeff Eubanks.
Cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:30 pm with dinner service at 6:30 pm.
Each course of the meal will feature thoughtfully composed, well executed ingenuity by the culinary students with the guidance of their mentors from the University and Marriott Shoals.
Their silent auction will run until 8:00 pm the night of the event.
Cocktail attire recommended.
