Mid-City Modern is a newly renovated Mid-Century home, Aug 19′, that has been brought beautifully into the modern era. Conveniently located in the heart of Florence and allows easy access to everything our city has to offer. Located in a quiet established neighborhood with an open lot and a small creek directly across the street.
The space
Welcome to our beautiful space, we are so excited to share our home with you and hope you will love it as much as we do! Enjoy the modern styling of Mid-City Modern and relax with your friends or family in the living room while listening to a vinyl record or watching tv. Make yourself a cup of coffee in our beautiful kitchen and help yourself to all the fixings.. plain creamer, vanilla creamer, sugar, splenda. Play guitar? Help yourself to the acoustic guitar in the music themed bedroom. You will relax in comfort with our completely new HVAC system and a brand new double shower that is 3ft by 8ft along with a super modern bathroom. This house comes complete with a 55″ Roku Smart TV with High Speed Wifi. We have just decorated with brand new beds, mattresses, bedding, couch, table/chairs, etc. Original 1963 hardwood has just been meticulously restored and we have new flooring in the kitchen as well. The entire home has been freshly painted.. ceilings, walls, cabinets, closets. All of the furniture and accessories in the entire house are brand new. We just finished this total renovation that was set up and designed exclusively to be an Airbnb. We even have a couple wifi security cameras, outside only, to keep an eye on your cars.

The entire home is yours to use, no sharing with any guests other than who you bring with you! This is a home that is set up exclusively for your Airbnb usage.
