This traditional split level w/modern interior offers 4 BR, 2 Ba, 2 living areas, fully equipped kitchen, dining areas & laundry room. Relax on the upper deck or lower patio while overlooking the shaded backyard. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, ball fields, parks, walking tracks, medical facilities, UNA, historic downtown Florence & the Shoals
The space
There are 5-6 steps leading to top floor from entry & same leading to bottom floor. The stairs are open, not gated. PLEASE USE CAUTION!
The split level floor plan allows for 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on each level offering ample room and privacy. It also provides 2 living areas for plenty of space to relax. Free WiFi & 1 flat screen upstairs LR. Note: Entryway stairs lead to upper and lower levels. Large closet and queen size bed in each bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap offered in bathrooms or bring your own. Kitchen equipped with new full size appliances including refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Smaller appliances for your convenience are also provided such as mixing bowls, pots & pans, cookie sheets, hand held mixer, blender, toaster & coffee maker. No formal dining but ample seating for 4/5 in breakfast area, another 2 at small table in LR, and another table for 4 on the lower level. New washer & dryer available and free for guest use. Additional amenities include new linens, towels/washcloths, hairdryer in each bath, iron and ironing board.
Parking for 1 car in drive way. Additional parking curbside.
