Cane Creek Canyon geology talk and hike

Join us to learn about the geology of Cane Creek Canyon with Jim Lacefield. Meet us in the parking area at 9:00 for Jim's talk (we'll be the ones in the green LOW shirts). After he hear from Jim, we'll then set off down into the canyon for a two hour hike. Remember, if you go down into the canyon, you have to come back up! We don't mind if you take it slowly (there are even benches to rest on). If you want to join us just for the geology talk, that's fine too. Bring plenty of water, snacks, and wear comfortable shoes. Please check in on FB the morning of the hike - November weather can be unpredictable and we will post on FB if we need to postpone.
