Free New Year's Day Yoga Class

The presents have been opened, the parties are over and the stress is finally starting to subside. A new year is about to commence, bringing with it a new wave of resolutions, intentions and transitions. Several studies show how practicing yoga can help you stick to your resolutions, honor your intentions and help make transitions a lot smoother.What better way to begin the NEW YEAR than in a strong, fun, supportive, and loving community of men and women dedicated to living, moving, and breathing in ways that are in alignment with their deepest intentions?Let us come together for a flowing practice aimed to detox, stretch, calm, and uplift our bodies and minds. This class is open to everyone. No yoga experience is required. We ask that you please sign up under classes tab in the mindbody site to reserve your mat space. Space is limited to 35 students.
