Summer Run Mid South Jeeps

Summer Run is still happening, but things are subject to change. Here’s the plan so far.
Alabama is still enforcing the no group gatherings larger than 25 people.
We will Establish groups of no more than 10 jeeps. That includes a lead & Tailgun.
That group will set up their own departure times, meet up points, & ride together at the park.
Each group will be assigned a radio channel & for dinner have a 15 minute window set up to come pick up pizza 🍕. Pizza will be distributed in the box, based on the actual number of people in your group. Drinks will not be provided, so you may want to pack a cooler.
As far as the raffle, we do as we always have & have 3 big items that we give away. You Must be at Summer run & be a paid member to get your free golden ticket. Officers will do a Facebook live video raffle & people can come pick up their item they won.
Additional raffle. $5 raffle tickets, limit of 4 tickets per person ($20)
That will keep it fair. Online raffle drawing for prizes & when they win, they come pick the item up. You Must be at Summer run & be a paid member to purchase the raffle tickets
We keep a 12 foot clear walkway to the pavilion & nobody but officers in the pavilion for pizza & raffle distribution.
We encourage everyone to stay in their groups, and maintain social distancing.
