Waterloo's Deck-the-Halls

Waterloo Town Council would like to invite the citizens of Waterloo to Deck-the-Halls and decorate!
Let 2020 know who's boss by joining your neighbors and showing your Christmas spirit. Decorate your house and yard and possibly win a prize for best decorated! Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and BEST decorated will get a sign in their yard.
Houses to be judged MUST be decorated no later than December 4th.
Judging will take place on the nights of the 4th and the 5th. Winners will be announced at the Christmas parade on Sunday evening the 6th.
