The Space

The Seven Points Studio offers a newly renovated and cozy efficiency studio

space with Vaulted Ceilings, TV(DirecTV), Hanging Closet, Full Kitchen, Coffee

Maker and Comfy Queen Bed. Stretch out and relax in the luxurious and

beautiful fully restored and re-enameled pedestal bathtub that is 100+ years

old!

Guest Access

Guests will enjoy a private rear driveway with parking, outdoor brick walkway

from the driveway to their own private entrance to the Seven Points Studio. In

the spring and summer months cool off by taking a dip in the swimming pool!

Interaction with Guests

Guests will enjoy limited interaction with the host during their stay. The unit is

located above the host's two car detached garage. Private parking will be just

outside the garage itself in the back private driveway and is marked with a

sign. The unit is accessible via a lockbox mounted just by the door for ease of

check-in. The host is just a phone call or text away always and is highly

responsive if needed or if you have questions about the town.
